Register opt-out.cz is based on data from telephone directories and is the first comprehensive list of telephone numbers, whose owners have expressed that the do not wish to be comtacted by telesales.  This "do-not-call" list now contains two hundred and fifty thousand telephone numbers.

Use of this registry is very simple. Usinfg the web service on www.optout.cz you only upload a list of phone numbers of people you ware plalling to address. The system will return the "refined" list without the numbers of people who do not wish to be contacted.

Thi is the easiest way to obey the Czech Electronic Communiocatiuon Act which stipulates not to call to peaple who do not want to receive offers for goods andd services via phone.
