Most providers offer MIF++ pricing, sometimes called Interchange++. Those are indicative prices. There are differences between the price list and the actual bill for services that are to your detriment.
When you compare Comgate plans with MIF++ price lists, you have to add 0.1% to the latter ones as a correction of the typical difference between a MIF++ price list and the real billing.
What is on the price list is on the bill. Our price lists and documents are public. We provide clients with detailed billing where they can check every value.

The tip function can be set up on the payment terminal. There are three settings to choose from:
Input of the total amount spent and then the amount including the tip. In this case, the operator enters the spending amount into the terminal, for example CZK 380, and then the total amount including tip, for example CZK 450.
The second option is for the paying customer to enter the tip on the payment terminal display, where they will have the option of 10%, 15% or 20%.
The other option is similar to the previous one, except that the paying customer will choose between tipping values of 5%, 10% or 15%.
The second or third option can be combined with the first one. This means that even if the tip is selected on the terminal by the paying customer, the operator can manually enter a different tip at the customer's instruction using the procedure in point 1.
