In addition to credit cards, your customers will be able to pay by bank transfer, BNPL, in thirds or in instalments. The payment gateway offers a clear user interface on both desktop and mobile. As a result, you will get more completed payments.

Online payments Start tariff

for merchants with the first card payment contract, free for 6 months

Tariff for new merchants who have not accepted card payments in the past. For the initial six calendar months after signing the contract, card payment fees are free up to 50 thousand CZK per month as well as monthly fees for operating the payment gateway or renting payment terminals. For the volume of card payments above 50 thousand CZK and for other payment methods there is a unified fee of 0.98% + 0 CZK.

The Start tariff is active for the first six calendar months after the contract is signed. From the seventh month, the client will be activated on the Easy tariff. The Start Tariff is intended exclusively for applicants who have not concluded a contract for the acceptance of payment cards in the past 12 months and have not used the support in the Czechia Pays by Card programme in the past.

The Start tariff is part of the Czechia Pays by Card project, which is an initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the card companies Visa and Mastercard.

The Easy tariff is suitable for most merchants due to its simplicity. It has one rate for all payment methods, whether it's by card, transfer or deferred payment. It is therefore completely predictable in terms of costs. In addition, it does not include a fixed fee.

If the client has a significant volume of payments, i.e. more than 30%, made with non-EU regulated consumer cards, Comgate may change the client's tariff to Profi. The change of tariff can always occur at the beginning of the month. The client will be informed in advance of such a move.

Online payments Profi tariff

rates for card payments from 0.62% + 0.7 CZK

In the Profi tariff, the fee rates differ for each payment method. It is therefore suitable for merchants with higher payment volumes who want to have a more detailed overview of the costs of individual payment methods. The advantage over similar-looking competitors' price lists is that the prices are fixed. These are not indicative prices in MIF++ mode.

Payments made with an EU-issued consumer card represent around 95% of all card transactions.
